An early termination fee on a phone that I am still currently using

Update And the Saga Continues

Today I received another letter from simplexity demanding that I pay the money for the early termination of my phone. They have now threaten to charge my account if I do not pay. The letter is dated May 29. This is after I talked to Stefan at wirefly corp office (800-444-9543) and had told me that he had taken care of the problem. A call to simplexity informed me that it was my responsibility to call verizon (today at 1:04pm) and get information stating that my phone (yes I am still using my droid bionic) is still active. So now I am going to give Stefan a call to see why I am still being accused of terminating my phone even though the phone is all I have AND i still pay verizon for insurance on the phone I bought from wirefly.in a minute I will post the letter I received from simplexity.
