Do not buy from N1Wireless. Scam outfit. They sell "open box" items as new units.
I purchased two Jawbone Eras. One worked OK but the other was DOA (dead on arrival). As I recevied the unit after N1Wireless's allowable return time limit (N1Wireless is in New York and I live in western Canada and shipping plus custom time exceeds their return time limit), N1 Wireless would not replace the DOA unit and they directed me the Jawbone Era manufacturer (Aliph) for replacement under their one-year warranty. Their website stated that the units were covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Aliph, the manufacturer, however, would not replace the unit as N1Wireless is not an authorized seller.
I tried to contact N1Wireless re this, but they never returned my attempts to contact them.
I filed a complaint with New York's Better Business Bureau, but N1Wireless never responded to BBB's request for a reply either.
