I called the company to ask them about the Cricket phone and minutes card that I purchased the day before. I spoke with three different people and got three contradictory answers to my questions. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold for very lengthy periods of time. Eventually I was disconnected, with no attempts made to call me back.
My complaint with the phone and the minutes card is that the card's value (I put $35 on it) cannot be put on the phone. I must choose a monthly plan, which I don't wish to do. I got rid of my monthly plan with Verizon because I almost never use the phone. I have it with me in case of an emergency. That's about the extent of its use.
The store where I purchased it would not take the phone and the card back. I then called the company to see how they could help me with this problem but got nowhere.
