No upgraded sim card - T-Mobile Cell Phone

Hello, Via a phone call T-mobile said they would send to me in first class snail mail, free, an upgraded sim card to work in a new T-Mobile phone I purchased privately, and they have not done it. I still have a Suncom sim card. My plan is unlimited talk, text, no roaming for $49.99/month plus taxes. (Originally no taxes with Suncom) They can locate me by calling me at Anderson SC XXX-224-1226. Thanks. JT Williams
