I just posted a complaint, now I'm finishing it properly. I want OUT of your contract agreement effective immediately, and I hope, with this complaint that you improve your services for future customers. Slamming people with over $450 montly without consent and without warning is simply insane. Placing a service plan on an added phone line without the customer's consent is illegal, just so you know. I plan to advise my attorney on this matter if it comes to that. I do NOT want to do business with your wireless company any longer. I've complained numberous times with no solution to the problem, and I'm only told that I have to pay the full amount either way when your own employee admits it to be her own fault. It's cheaper to get out of the contract early and pay the penalty than to continue doing business with these people. Placing unauthorized charges on your customer's phone bill is unacceptable.
