At Verizon you have a short time to try a phone and return... Problems did not show up in this phone until it was too late to return. I depend on my phone and this one has been a great frustration with loss of many sales due to the fact that the calls simply DO NOT COME IN. There is no notice of a missed call, there is often no notification of a call at all... Sometimes it rings and most of the time it does not. About a week ago I took it off the charger and the screen notified me that all my data had been eraced! I have insurance on the phone and it will be replaced at no charge but I do not wish to have this phone again. So I guess my issue is with Verizon as well as Samsung. I want a complete refund on the cost of the phone and I want my insurance fee of $5.00 per month refunded and I want the money that I have spent on internet fees refunded as I could not get online for weeks at a time. Thank you for any help you can give me. I have taken the phone in 4 times in the last 3 months and they do not seem to really be technically savvy which they shouldn't have to be but it has been extremely frustraiting for more than one reason.
