I bought a mobile phone from Wirefly.com in May with the promotion "waived activation fee". After three bills (08), they didn't credit the activation fee into my AT&T account. I called according to the promotion instruction. The custom service guaranteed that I would receive the credit in 14 days. I didn't receive it. After a month (09), I called again and this time, the custom service told me the same story. Now i found out that they told everybody the same thing and hope that the customers give up on the credit. I am so disappointed. Every time I called, they asked me to wait and guaranteed the credit would show up in the next bill, which was not true! I will never order a phone from wirefly. Comm again
