Activation Fee Promise

I purchased 3 phones from wirefly 2yrs ago and got the 2yr contract with a free activation on all three phones and a desktop charger. Great service. My 2yr contract was up may so i decided to go with wirefly again becasue of the past experience I had. I decide to change carriers and went with verizon for the droid x special plus got 2 other phones for free and the sipping was also free. Great deal. Now when ordering online I came across a free activation just like the 2yrs prior so i kept tryning to put it into the system it would not take it. So I called them and they said go ahead place the order and it will say that the discount will not show up on this bill but when you get your statemnet it will. I kept asking the cs rep are you sure they said yes. I proceded to place the order on line and everything was fine. I got my first statement from verizon with NO activaion fee waived on the three phones. I called wirefly and they said it shoue take about 48hrs. As of the end of june my bill is now past due with service interuption... How is it that you can makean offer like that and not fufill it. I am greatly disappointed and frustrated especially after the service that i recieved last yr compaired to now 2yrs later. I need this matter addressed promptly
