Upon renewing contract the rep suggested the IPHONE which he said was free and would be a cheaper plan with more technology available. He did not ention that AT&T does not support the phone and everything goes through APPLE. Since April the email has gone down, the phone gets hot when used, cannot access ITUNES for anything, now cannot text. AT&T was contacted by phone, online and in person and could do nothing. I asked if I could switch back to a Blackberry and they said it would cost $300 plus. Apple was contacted and they could do nothing they said to send phone back or go to aan Apple store. This is my only phone and I cannot be without it. I have been with AT&T for years but will change first chance I get to Verison, even if it costs
