I get the feeling that Virgin Mobile just doesn't like me. Since I've been their customer (end of September, after I got fed up with Verizon's prices, and problems that could have been prevented) I shopped around like I do for almost everything I buy, and found that Tramp Mobile had the best plan. Unlimited MB for 40 dollars a month. I was in shock, in a good way. I ordered the card, got the card and then plugged it into my desktop computer. SLLLLOOOOWwww. But hey, I wasn't done with them yet. I called their OUTSOURCED got to be India or something, customer service number and the woman on the other end of the phone said yes, we switched you to another tower. Wait 24 hours please. Well I waited 48. Then I called back about 30 minutes ago. The woman said I was never switched to another tower, and nothing about any of the several calls I had made was in my account. I was livid, I got her employee number and a case investigation number, and will be following up.

Tramp - don't tell me that you are going to call me back if you aren't i don't like being lied to.
