Not happy - cellcom broadband/wireless internet

I find your internet service to be awful! I live by a tower and it still sucks. Many of my friends say the same thing. Why am I paying for high speed internet when dial up is faster or I can't connect at all??? You should owe me for the days I can't use my service. So far 3 days in a row this week. Not happy.
