Customer service hang up

I recently got double charge on my cricket wireless bill. Now i know there are major benefits for them to do this then reverse it later on with interest and all times how many people they do this to... Anyway it is no benefit to me... So i called customer service after 30 minutes they answered spoke fast and said this is abdula what can i do for you? I though ok. So i explained i got double charged and whould like to be credited or refunded before i could finish i was dis - "con" -nected!!! Seems abdula did like the way the conversation was going. She heard a key word they taught her in orientation class and hit the disconnect button. Ohhhh how i would love to just... Lets just say i am so dissapointed in cricket for their horrible customer service. From the stupid automated computer who can never get anything right to the stupid people answering the phone when you are luck enough to get through!!! I like the pre-paid option so I will be switching to Boost Mobile today. Thank you cricket for making me "jump or hop" to another service provider!!! Fix your customer service!!!
