Once upon a time... Cricket was a great company that cared and tried. Then they grew on the backs and dollars of their customers. As they grew, their customer service went to shit. Now you can compare them to com cast or qwest. He'll even qwest can be mote helpful. Welcome to the big leagues cricket. Hope your newfound reputation suits you well. Guess it's time for boost mobile!
