Att doesn't always work I live in an urban environment not the rural country, so I should have a good signal but I experience dropped calls and disconnects along with choppy service.
I also have stated several times that I do not want data services but I always seem to get charges for it sometimes as little as 1 - 5 cents but one time as much as $15
On top of this I've been with them for 2 years this Christmas and for about 1 year I've been getting screwed over on bonuses.
