I notice strange unrecognized hidden charges on my ATT bill
When I call ATT and ask what and who is USBI, ATT answer was that they have no clue?
Nowit become even more suspicious why would ATT using their own billingand collection system for some unknown entity they have no clue? ATTsuggest that I should call Universal Call Plan, Inc. And try to research on myown.
When I call Universal Call Plan, Inc. The operator acknowledge thatthey bill me for long distance that I already have with ATT and someone pretending to be me with strange spelling of my name authorize thisservice online.
Needless to say I never knew about this company nor did I authorize to be billed twice for service I get from ATT.
Whywould ATT allow this open fraud and enable by including these chargeson their monthly statement collect the charges and then deny anyassociation with strange entity. Why would ATT become involved in thisscheme???
