This has happened too many times to be a fluke. I called about an offer that came in the mail to review my services to see if my monthly fees could be reduced. Of course - they couldn't. At the same time I ordered another HD box for another TV we were adding. It never came. I cannot go through the menu system and find out what happened. I have spent 2 - 3 hours trying to get this resolved. It hasn't been resolved. I will have to drive to a Verizon location (which I didn't want to do - which is why I tried to order it speaking to an actual person). NEVER, NEVER, NEVER is easy dealing with Verizon. Not my first, or even second issue!
