2nd phone purchaced in 6 mo period.
After paying insurance for 5 mos I was told it wouldn take 7-10 business days to recieve a new (refurbished phone) I paid 480.00 for this phone it got smashed I am disabled and cannot be without a phone that long, so I opted for a new phone samsung at the toon of 381.00 2mos latter it does not take a charge, they told me they had no phones like mine but should be getting a shipment in one day next week and it was on a first come basis, becausen it isa popular phone it could go fast. TOTALLY RIDUCULOUS I DON'T DRIVE AND EVEN IF I DID I HAVE TO DRIVE 25 MILES THERE AND BACK JUST TO CHECK sure they said to call first but I already know from past experience they do not awnser the phone. They where rude with no expression on their face. I waited for 1hr and 45 min and there was only 6 people there 6 people working all trying to lok busy. If corporate new they ould actually pay for customer service with what they pay for these lazy people maybe they would... I got home called andd got the run around from cust. Service. I now will call the federal trade commision and govenor along with my local paper.
