So most people out there complain about Verizon's phone service and their phone issues. Well not me. MY PROBLEM STARTS BEFORE I EVEN GET MY FUCKING PHONE (if that offends you im sorry but there's no other words for it.) The stupid worker screwed up an order i placed sent me the wrong phone. Then when i went to try and activate it i wasnt allowed to. Even tho i had all the information i needed. Someone needs to retrain these fucking workers so that they work better and maybe just maybe they'll actually be more efficient in working and they wont screw up everything they do.
