I purchased a cell phone from N1Wireless. It arrived 4/21/09. The phone is defective. I have followed the process provided on N1Wireless site for requesting a RA number. I have submitted my request twice, since 4/23 but have not received a response. I have sent 2 emails, left 1 voice message and now I am reaching a recording saying the mailbox is full. N1Wirles set the timeframes for returns, but failed to respond to my repeated request for assistance. I would like resolution of this issue.
