Multiple Problems with Verizon Wireless

I have soo many problems with verizon, i don't know where to begin except for the fact I have filed 3 separate complaints with the BBB for separate issues and I've yet to hear about any of them.

My latest issue is I have a phone that i can't activate. I did it online but yet when I go to program the phone per their instructions, I keep getting a unable to activate your phone message. I've been without a working cell phone for almost a month!

I've had multiple billing issues, equipment problems and so forth. I would like a credit for 2 months worth of service because it's been that long I've had problems with them. But ideally I want out of my contract without having to pay the etf fee! They ignore my emails, I called them from the phone I'm trying to activate and I got a rude rep who thought I was trying to commit fraud.

In addition, I keep getting addressed as Ms. Or Ma'am, I AM A GUY, NOT A WOMAN!

They can't seem to get that thru their god damn heads!

I have never been treated soo bad in my life EVER!!! They soo messed up my account, my life by not having a working cell phone, I'm looking to see if I can sue Verizon!

If anyone can help, please do so. All I want is out of my contract without paying the fees. I've got use to not having a cell that I will never go back to verizon! It's not right that I get treated like this, no one should be treated like they treated me!
