Efund tma scam - cyber monday sales scam

On Feb 26th I had a catastrophic vehicle accident where I broke both left and right femur, my left hip, tore the ACL in my right knee and the PCL (opposite of the ACL which I did not even know that I had). My apple IPhone was stolen from the vehicle before, after, or during the time that I was being cut out of my vehicle. The State Trooper on scene called my wife (who was then 6 months pregnant with our twin daughters). Being without a phone while I was in the hospital for nine days and then in a hospital bed in my living room for 2 months was no big deal. Finding a good phone to replace my apple IPhone could wait, there were and are still hospital bills for my three surgeries (I have a fourth coming by March) and the hospital bills for the birth, by C-section, of our twin daughters. As I am still in a wheelchair due to all the damages I received in this vehicle accident, I do almost all my shopping online. Standing up is painful, sitting down is painful (surgery site for my hip is my backside), almost everything I do causes me some discomfort. The day after Thanksgiving is black Friday and cyber Monday is that following week. Your company offered a deal on new service. The phones were supposed to be free (for the 10 year old and grandma sperandio…the ten year old now has service with Verizon). Due to whatever miscues, I was charged not only for both new lines and both new phones, it is $717.16 that I can not afford. I was told that it would only be a charge placed on my account and then that hold would be reversed. My initial call after discovering the error, I was told that everything would be taken care of; this was not the case however. After several subsequent calls wherein not one single person was willing to take ownership of this issue and where I was on one occasion called a liar (that the sale never took place). I got the RMA and attempted to return the phone. As I am currently physically disabled, I can not walk, drive, run, or crutch over to the post office. I gave the box with the RMA to my mail carrier.

A few days ago, I discovered the box on the floor by the table. My 10 yr old had brought it in off the porch. The package was returned due to insufficient payment. Your company, first charged me for a phone that was supposed to be free, then you told me I could not get a refund because I did not activate my phone properly. The phones never worked out of the box and the numbers were changed. Another woman told me that somewhere somehow I was suppose to have noticed that only one phone line and phone were supposed to be free, however when I checked out online, there was no charge for the phones. I then told her that I would send the second phone back via the RMA I was emailed and expected a full refund for the phones, this she said would happen within 10 days (by Dec 23rd). I have not received my refund for the phones to my bank account. The RMA for the phone that I tried to return is not a paid RMA.

I believe that it is only reasonable that if this phone can not (by your stipulation) be returned to any authorized dealer that you send me a prepaid postage as it is still in the box next to my table. I believe that it is only reasonable that the money for the phones be refunded. I have been a customer of AT&T for a long time. My home service, internet, TV, and cell phone all are services provided by you. Perhaps the services provided by MA Bell are no longer worth it. Maybe the savings I think I am receiving are not compensation enough for what I now have to deal with. Being on LTD I am on a limited income and I am starting to feel that due to the treatment I have received at the hands of your service personnel, my best interest may not be served by remaining your customer. A few years ago I vowed never to buy another ford because they seem to have lost their connection to and respect for the common person. Courtesy costs nothing, but the lack of it can be quite costly. I would like to receive the refund for the cost of the phones and I would like to receive prepaid postage to return your phone (for the line I discontinued) or the address of someplace that it can be dropped off within my neighborhood.
