Me and my husband have taken a year off to go traveling, once in Thailand we met up with friends and he showed me his pictures on the Samsung s4 they were so much clearer than my iphone 5. So I bought one in a phone shop at central shopping mall in pattaya 9 weeks ago. I took lots of photos in the Philippines, hongkong and all over Thailand, on the last day in Thailand before comind home for a wedding I dropped my phone, I was gutted the screen was no longer working. Once home I phoned Samsung customer service to ask if I could get my phone fixed, but also understanding that I would have to pay for this. I was kept waiting for 41 minutes and the man at the call centre just said "if you didn't buy it from the uk I cant help you" but the phone is still a Samsung and I bought it from a phone shop and im willing to pay. Im off to travel Europe next for 8 weeks and really wanted to take my Samsung for the photos and don't want to have to buy another one as I still have my iphone on contract. Please help
