Complaint / review text:
I bought a new Galaxy S4 which I thought it was an awesome mobile (A lot of features, specifications%u2026ETC.) BUT unfortunately I was shocked from its performance as:
After 15 minutes of using it I found that it is very hot from the Battery side which avoids me from using it a lot of times where I need to send emails or have a long phone call.
Moreover, I am very frustrated from the screen quality three of my friends had there screen crashed in one week and then my brother (2 Times) and my sister and then finally I had my screen CRASHED too and bear in mind that I am keeping my mobile in your originally made cover and putting and anti-crash screen protector. Is it normal that after buying a Samsung Mobile priced EGP 5777 I pay more 2000 EGP for a screennnnn??!!!
What the Hell, I want you all to be noted that I won%u2019t make this complain just a complain I will expand it and if I have to come to the Head Office I will because you should test your mobile phones before selling them, you are supposed to be a highly Reputable company not a newly established one.
I need a fast contact to know what should I do now because it%u2019s now not an easy situation I have 3 crashed mobile phone in one house%u2026%u2026%u2026.. IS it LOGIC???
