Phone turns off and on by itself in every ten minutes

I have a samsung galaxy y gts5360 and since last evening it has been getting switched off and on by itself. It restarts in every ten minutes. The warranty period has expired as i bought it last year in the month of May. What can i do to rectify the problem.
