I have received very poor service from day one of my plan. I now have no reception, dropped calls (those that do go through), missed calls, calls i never get, voicemails i get days later... I want out of contract, but the awful, incompetent and robot-like customer service claims there is no way they will let me out of contract. I don't want to continue paying for services i am not receiving. I have always been a loyal customer and have never been late with payment, i would expect full service, I am not receiving any. I want to get to the bottom of this. I would like to know how to file a complaint outside of Sprint (since they are not doing anything) and get their poor service out in the open, so more people don't fall for their empty promises and lies!
