I contacted Evergreen Kia on the above date to inquire about a sale posted in the auto finder. I asked the gentlemen (who was later identified as the manager Danny), about the 79 dollar a month listed for the 2004 chevy impala LS. I ask danny would their be a down payment required. Danny yelled; Are you Fucking stupid, of course you need a fucking down payment of at lease 3000 dollars in other to get to 79 dollars a month. I replied to this unprofessional conduct by hanging up the telephone. At 9:43am my telephone rang and on my caller id it displayed Evergreen Kia, 773-474-7080; when i answered the telephone Danny asked to speak to the man of the house, i replied speaking. Danny then stated: Is this crack head bob. (I recognized danny's voice from the previous conversation). I stated, man why are you calling me. Danny replied, man are you fucking stupid. I again hung up the telephone or i thought i had disconnected the call, but danny refused to free my telephone line, stating a you still fucking their. I angrily stated to him to stop playing on my telephone or i would come up their. Danny replied; come on bitch. I hung up the telephone and attempted to contact the police and danny still had not freed my line. After several minutes danny hung up the line and i called the chicago police. (report number HP672414) At 10:18am General manager matt called and left a voice message apologizing for the behavior of danny. After the report was made i was instructed by the office, Stephine, to go a block away from the business and call the police. I did this, the officers came but general manager matt lied and said that danny was not in; so no actions were taken by the officers.
