Lots of businesses have turnovers, but danny (the owner and head d*ckbreath) is the main reason why his employees run away.
I got this job by listening to my roommate. I started evenings then went to some days. Yesterday, my roommate logged on, and danny told her to log off because she wasn't getting a lot of calls. He asked her to return (she didn't, and i dont blame her). Kim called, and she asked me to help. My other pso job said it was ok, and i went to help universal. Danny logs on and wants to know why my numbers are 2 and 3 when "everyone else's" is 8. I told him people hang up (do i put a gun to the phone and tell them to freeze?). Danny asks me to hang up and return later. I sure did NOT. I went back to my other job and had long phone convos. Hmm. How bout that?
So today one of the monitors hops on and tells me not to give out my first name. Mmkay. Then danny hops on and starts griping about how i answer the phone. I say hello and what's your name like my roommate. What's the fockin problem? Danny doesn't take the time to tell me what i should do — he's too busy braying about i'm trying to out these guys. On a sexline? Uh huh. I just answered the phone after he hung up. The more i thought of it, the more i got angry. I hung up.
I told my recruiter who told me to talk to kim in payroll. Danny had cancelled my codes cos he said i gave him lip. Pfft. I told kim to tell danny to shove those codes up his @$. My husband doesn't talk to me any ol way, so danny can take a flying leap.
Melissa and kim were great. Loved the training. Too bad they can't train danny. I dont want anyone to call and plead on my behalf. I want you to know what you're in for when you work for this place. Tony, one of the mods, said to not take it personally cos everyone's paid hourly, and danny's panties get all crinkled (my choice of words. Muhahahahaha!).
Kim said she really liked me, and danny made things hard for her. Being an owner does not give u the right to be an @$hole. Meg told me they'd been mean and nasty to her, but she stays because she needs the money. I pity her.
