Not giving perfect support - samsung s advanced

I have bought a new smart phone galaxy s advance gt-i9070 i have update software version now it was damaged the usb storage memory i have consult in local samsung care the are not giving warrenty because i have bought phone in other country before buying shop keeper said its international warrenty so i bought here they are telling we not provide you a warrenty
