I purchased the Samsung Gaxlaxy SIII. I have not reception once I get home, I pay for the 4g service but can not use it I had to manually put my phone on GSM and it still does not work. I have been calling since December for a signal booster to be told that they were are out of stock and would not be restocked until January well I called and was information that I would be receiveing one, then I called IT who indicated they would not be in until August I said not acceptable. I called the so-called corporate office to be told that some time in March they would be in and they would get one rushed to me NOT. I am disabled I have no other phone or internet service in my house. I cancelled all of that too expensive. God forbid if I have an emergency and need to contact 911 I will be outta here because I have no reception. The sad part is my contract does not expire for 2 years. Wtf
