Dear sirs,
I received yesterday the Mortorola Xoom (IMEI 990000527080222) I ordered and I am quite dissapointed. Although as far as I have tested everything seems to be working the back is scrathced badly and It is missing the sim card tray. It looks to me like it was more a used unit than "Factory Refurbished" as posted in the item description.
Please let me know if you are able to send me a sim card tray and a new back cover at no extra charge or I wil be sadlyreturning the tablet.
I hope you can really help me out.
