On 12/03 an order for a pair of sunglasses at www.gghandbagfly.com totaling $116 was placed. A third party, realypay.com processed the payment. Realypay.com sent me a customer support link, [email protected] to review my order. I had been asking for tracking info and instead I got a message saying my order was not in stock. The policy for gghandbagfly.com stated out of stock orders are fully refunded. The communication with both gghandbagfly is very poor and with support@realypay they just keep saying that my money will be refunded. It's been more than four months and I have not received my refund. Also, the description of this transaction on my bank statement was of $120.51 and reads, Hefei Dream Heart Netw Beijing Cn
