I purchased Microsoft Publisher and was upgraded to Microsoft 10. It worked fine for a month then I received a notification that my Microsoft 10 was not activated and probably a counterfeit. I contacted the company. One can't speak to anyone and I was referred a technician online who wished to access my computer to see what the problem was. I didn't do that and can't reach anyone now.
