We purchased Windows 7 Professional from shop. Theprodeal.com about 5-6 months ago. When first installed, everything worked great, until now. Microsoft genuine advantage reports my product key as NOT genuine, I use this computer for business and CAN NOT afford down time nor another $140 for POS microsoft software!
I will be forced to purchase another Windows 7 Professional from another dealer in order to keep the computer going.
Cannot contact ANYONE from the prodeal.com, all phone numbers DO NOT WORK, and NO ONE repsonds to the e-mail addresses.
After calling Microsoft, they said that my product key if for IT's w/MSDN subscriptions. They need to make this RIGHT!
