Also got a text and went onto the website. It even accepted the code I received and then i started to fill out the info required, then went back and deleted all the info I put in! It is a scam. I wasn't sure so had to check it out, even though I knew I had not entered any contest with target. At the end you have to register for an offer thru other companies!
