Received this message to my cell phone number and found it interesting because I knew I had been to target last week but didn't sign any forms to enter a contest. Assumed store promo and that receipt info might have auto registered in contest. No money lost to my knowledge but I deleted the text message and number it came from so I don't have the number. Checked the website for validity and found reports of this scam and immediately deleted the msg.
