Ec'd text message saying I won $1,000 use this code when you go to www.TargetWinners.com, 74637. I have never entered a contest for Target and I received this message. I thought it was strange so I went to the website and saw all the complaints against this situation. I decided to file a complaint as well because I dislike scams very much.
