After ordering 4 ladder back chairs from your Walnut Creek store and 2 weeks later beung told that they couldn't be ordered, I drove to your San Francisco store on Geary to purchase 2 chairs. I purchased the chairs in Walnut Creek for $79.99 each but by the time I was informed they couldn't be ordered the sale date had passed. They were priced at $99.99 each when I went to the SF store. I asked Tessa if could still get them at the $79.99 price since I was delayed 2 weeks by the Walnut Creek store. At first she said no because 30 days had passed since I bought them in Walnut Creek. I was ready to take no for an answer when Tessa said, let me run the purchase through the computer just to make sure. The computer took the $79.99 price so I ended up buying 4 instead of 2. If it wouldn't have been for Tessa's effort I wouldn't have purchased any of the chairs. She was very friendly and I couldn't have been treated any better as a customer. You are lucky to have her.
