This woman is mentally unstable. She houses her cats in filth and in the same breathe proclaims to be some animal rights advocate. She verbally assaults and berates people who stand up to her. She lies to your face and is downright mean. She has to be closed down. Please if anyone knows animal control in her area send them to help save poor innocent lives.
