At one point of trying to communicate, I got a New York City location. Didn't write it down. I ordered on order #2289224, saw palmetto and vitamin c that were never shipped. Also on order # 2289189 I ordered tart cherry supplements. Both orders together total the $84.44 of product never received. I communicated with them via email through their site. Sometimes they would answer me briefly. I also tried by phone, and also failed to get anywhere. I thought this was a lost cause but happen to go on the site again to try when I found this complaint department.
