I ordered a few knives and paid postage, to the value of $124.52. Months later, the order was still "in process", "out of stock" or "stuck in customs". Six months later, they answered my emails with "your order got lost in the system", and "We have forwarded a hard copy of your order to the warehouse for processing along with a request to get your order out to you as quickly as possible." I have still received nothing, and they now refuse to answer emails.
