TLGGreat fun is charging my creditcard every month I have tried to call the 800 number no reponse, I have no idea what this is need to stop charging my account

I am being charged on my credit card monthly for $19.99 from TLG*GREATFN I have tried to call the 800 number listed but to no avail, I have no idea what this charge is for? Need to cancel and stop charging my account, what like a refund. The only thing I know is the state CT
