First off, this company took money out of my account after they said they would not. I have followed every step they wanted me to and they still will not refund my money.
They have sent me 3 seperate check authorization forms and I have returned them certified mail and they still claim that the form is not in the system even though someone has signed for it 3 times.
I have no idea how to get my hundred dollars back and I am a struggling college student. These guys need to get shut down.
