Certified Refund Returned, Undeliverable

I am so frustrated. I mailed in my refund form as instructed, by certified mail, to the address posted. The US Postal service returned it to me as undeliverable. I have a large amount of product that they owe me and I am SOOO frustrated. Has anyone else had their refund forms returned?
