Jcp stole money online

I am extremely upset with JCPENNEY.com right now. I feel like their online website is a huge scam. I purchased 3 hats online on Cyber Monday for $45 (11-26-12). I input my card number and the charge went through. I received an email stating that I purchased these 3 hats and that my order would come in 4-7 days. So I was pretty excited to have my 3 hats come in within a week.

4 days later on 11-30-12 (around the time I should be receiving my hats), I get an email from JCPENNEY stating my card was declined and that I have to input another card for payment. I WILL NOT be doing that because I had already put in a card (over $400 on my account) which was also BILLED already. So why would I let you charge me on another card, for something I had already purchased! I go onto their website and my order is completely gone! I emailed their website and all they can tell me is to input another form of payment. I am not paying them another cent, I feel like I was scammed. I am now out of $45 with no hats and JCP is doing nothing about it.

I tried calling their AMAZING 24/7 call center (sarcastic), which is probably one of THE WORST customer service centers around. They make you wait 30 minutes just to be hung up on. I am so furious, just thinking about this situation makes my blood boil. Has anyone had this happen to them? Can someone please shed some light on this situation. I do not know what to do, but I WILL NOT BE PAYING THEM AGAIN. The least they could do is remove the $45 charge, but I bet they have no intention of doing that. Money hungry mofos... Their company is doing so bad they have to steal from their customers now?
