I purchased vacation packages to Las Vegas and Orlando, Florida with free airfare. However, I was sent two inclusive packages with a free ticket and complimentary ticket (but the person would have to pay the regular price.) I had to return the inclusive certificates before the original ones were submitted. After about two months, this situation was reportedly resolved. I selected dates to take my vacations and was told that I would be contacted on November 15. However, when I called the office number, the operator states that number is no longer in service. The e-mail and fax number appear to be working.
