I purchased 2 vacation packages for " 3 days 2 nights in miami, fl. Hotel, air fare (free companion air fair and a free car rental)" for $150.00 per person
totaling: $600.00
I sent in the 2 vouchers for $49 per person for booking fees and $49 per person for the air fair booking fee
totaling: $392.00
Total amount funded to company: $992.00
Upon receiving the itinerary i realized that all the travel arrangements where changed and there was an additional amount of $1,788.34.
I submitted a written cancellation email to the email address belonging to the company @ [email protected] to cancel all services and receive any funds actually collected by the company minus a $70.00 cancellation fee per the companies terms of conditions.
I have yet to receive any response and now they are not answering my calls or i go to a voice-mail that says its for the owner "michael mancini" in which i always leave a message.
