I am also the victims of this artist scamer. After He got my paypal money then no e-mail to ship my phone out. I thought it was very safe to pay this seller with paypal payment since his paypal account was verified when I talked to customer service on the day I paid him 11/24 Now he just disappeared with all the buyer's paypal money. Please come forward if you are one of his victims. We need to report his criminal acts to scam on line buyer.
