Do not talk to customers the way you do, Iam a good customer who already waited forever in line to get my money back for being overcharged. I have shopped numerous times a week in your store since it has opened. I know all the greeters and most of your regular employees, but I have never been spoken to by anyone there in the tone you spoke to me tonight. I will therefore discontinue shopping at your location... Not that you care.
