Prepayment Scam Calls by Callers Who Know Account Details

6 months of prepayment with 1 year of service by so called dishnetwork employees has been going on for long time. I myself became the victim of this scam. The person who calls has all the details of your account so you tend to believe them. Looking through the internet it seems it is been going on since at least july but dishnetwork till date has failed to inform its customers and now are refusing to reimburse the loss even though it is either an insider and or the customer accounts are hacked
