I purchased the furniture September at Rac Acceptance. The store i originally purchased from closed down a month after purchase... Downhill from there when a new stire makes contact... My furniture was stolen along with 58 other families, from a Public Storage Unit...
Rac employees and district manager have concocted several bogus excuses why my furnishing are not covered. Ex - saying the insurance i purchased does not cover loss and it's only a waiver for replacement of furnishings. Be very careful purchasing from this company, the staff is rude, uncourteous and unfair, in addition the pricing is absolutely outrageous... Unfortunately I have been forced to hire a attorney
